Thornleigh House was founded by Virag Stephens, a strategic operator with extensive experience in programme leadership and organisational transformation.

Her background includes senior roles in complex, global environments, including: programme leadership at AstraZeneca where she led transformation initiatives across multi-functional teams and high-value programmes; and Ambrose Healthcare, a biotech start-up company, where she is currently serving as fractional Chief of Staff.
