Thornleigh House was founded by Virág Stephens, a senior strategic advisory and operational leader with experience across complex, high-value, and fast-moving environments. Her background includes programme leadership at AstraZeneca, where she led transformation initiatives across cross-functional teams and major programmes, as well as strategic and operational leadership in growth-stage business environments. She currently serves as fractional Chief of Staff to Ambrose Healthcare, supporting execution, investor readiness, and organisational effectiveness.
This blend of enterprise experience and scale-up exposure gives Thornleigh House a practical understanding of how to deliver in both structured and emerging environments, whether the challenge is large-scale transformation, operational readiness, leadership alignment, scaling execution, or introducing more modern, AI-supported ways of working.
